Mad Intersection Driving March 22, 2007

I am not the best driver in the world, moreover I am very far from that. May be this is the reason that I decided to upgrade my driver skills.
I am reading through “Driving commercial vehicles” now with a goal to pass Taxi driver (class 4 restricted) test. What I like about this idea, that getting there also requires of you not only knowing safe driving techniques, but also taking a taxi host program, knowing city maps and automobile basics. Yesterday my dad got an email from a friend with a video attachment, showing recordings of crashes at one of the intersections in St.Petersburg. After a short search on YouTube I found this video. Have a look and see by yourself. What is your take on it?

Ill stay far away from that intersection.
Not enough lights. To wide of an area for one brain to monitor all incoming cars.
And probably just pure carelessness. Since many of these accidents are caused by.
1. excessive speed.
2. blind spots due to neighboring cars. Arr i cant see..Oh ill just go .
Blind spots are the hardest to follow I think. One need a good strong neck to check for the blind spots all the time.
One crash with a truck was particularly scary, but it seems that that the car only got her headlight broken, so it was relatively low impact.
